Well, I was using Newsgator for online RSS which sync with Newsgator Outlook plugin (Newsgator Inbox) and FeedDemon as windows Standalone. So, I think I have a biased mind a bit but NetNewsWire does the job that I want in a hard core professional RSS Reader.

What tilted you towards NetNewsWire in the end? I've tried and been ambiguous about Shrook too, primarily because it meant changing my NNW habits.

(I bought an NNW license back when it cost $40, in the process getting a free MarsEdit license.)
